COSI

Eric and I took the girls to COSI (the science museum, not the restaurant) on Monday and it was alot of fun. We have taken Abbey there quite a few times, but she has always been too little to really do much. She still is too little for alot of the exhibits, but she really enjoyed the ocean exhibit and of course the play area. I finally got a few pictures of me with my girls since Eric was there to snap some. It's rare that I post pictures of myself on my blog - my family is just so much cuter than I am!

Comparison

I have been waiting for Ela to get a little older so I could do this post. Everytime we go home my family tells me our girls look like me and Eric's family tell him our girls look like him, so I wanted to see which was true. I wish I had a picture of Eric when he was around 6 months, but I forgot to get one from his mom and now she is back in school so I don't want to bother her. Anyway, I'll let you be the judge on how much my girls look like me. They sure are alot cuter than I was which is a very good thing!

More Utah Fun...

Bear with me on this post, it's a little long. We had a ton of fun in Utah but I didn't want to do 5 different posts so I just combined them all into one. If you haven't noticed, I am not big into writing much so it's mainly just pictures with short explantions - that's how I roll. My little munchkin - Ela Bella
Little miss Abbey playing peek-a-boo
My nephews (Kaden and Dallin) had a couple of sleepovers at my mom's while we were there. I just love having them around, they are so much fun and Abbey adores them! I can't believe how much they have grown up since we moved to Ohio, it kind of makes me sad because I am not the cool aunt anymore, they like Eric more than me - he's still cool. Anyway, we attempted to let Abbey sleep by them in the family room (my dad even bought her a sleeping bag) but she was constantly getting up and playing. We eventually took her to her crib, maybe next time we visit she will be able to handle it.
My sister has a big field behind her house that is perfect for tubing behind 4-wheelers. We bought Abbey a stylin' new snow suit and got her all bundled up to go have some fun. I thought she would only last about 10 minutes, but she LOVED it! She kept saying "whoo" while we were riding on the tubes, it was really cute!
Abbey sportin' her pink snow suit and Brobee hat
This was one of Abbey's favortie things to do - eat at the table with Kaden and Dallin and whoever else would sit there with her. Everytime she wanted to eat anything she would insist that we got out the table and chairs. She thought she was a pretty big girl!
My little chunky monkey taking a bath in the sink. If she wasn't sleeping right now I would have to pick her up and give her kisses - I just love those rolls!
This is my other stinking cute nephew from Eric's side. He was able to come into town from Washington while we were there and we celebrated his birthday. We hardly ever get to see him so it was alot of fun to be there.
Ela loved to just lounge back and chill in her little seat and stare at the TV. Should I feel guilty for allowing this? Oh well, too late.
Cousins are so much fun, I sure wish we lived closer to share more fun times together!
Eric and I never go out to eat anymore because Abbey is a little sinker in restaurants and it is so not worth it. We did go out a few times in Utah and it was great to have family to entertain her. She ended up standing in between my mom and dad for the whole meal and she loved it.
I love this picture! She kept giving my dad kisses and then just looking at everyone and laughing.
My sister, Cami, and Ela. We miss everyone!! Thanks for such a fun vacation!

Christmas

Christmas was alot of fun this year. Abbey enjoyed opening her presents for the most part, but just wanted to play with the toys instead of opening more. I guess she fits right in with every other kid, right? It was great to be home with family and spend time with everyone!

Uncle James and Aunt Kandyce - Abbey loved all the attention!!

Abbey's best friends (and cousins) Dallin and Kaden. They absolutely adore her and she could not get enough of them either. It was so fun to be with them for Christmas!
